A simple first step.
01

Call, email, or send Matthew a review request with a brief description of your concern. We’ll discuss arrangements for a conversation by phone or remotely.
02
Talk it through.
We’ll listen, ask questions, and tailor the conversation to your devices, comfort level, and priorities. A family member can join if you like.
03
Choose a useful next step.
We’ll explain the available help and any recommended paid service before you decide. Contacting us does not reserve an appointment.
A little preparation can help.
You do not need to have everything figured out. If it is helpful, have these in mind:
- The device or account you want to discuss.
- A brief description of what happened or what you want to learn.
- Your main question, priority, or concern.
Keep sensitive information private.
Please do not email passwords, sign-in codes, financial details, or identity documents. For remote help, first agree directly with Matthew on the task, any access needed, and the cost. You choose whether to proceed.
If your question involves a suspicious message, describe it first. You do not need to click a link to ask for help.
